Pictaplay is the gamification of photo sharing that allows you to EXPRESS YOUR LIFE AS A GAME. Make games from your photos or play games other people created from their photos.

PictaPlay combines the immense popularity of photo-sharing with casual gaming.

PictaPlay takes the SOCIAL aspect of taking pictures and sharing them on a variety of social networking services and applying a GAMEPLAY element through a word puzzle game associated with the photo created by YOU.

PictaPlay’s gameplay is very simple:

• Photos can be taken within the app using the on-board camera, shared between friends or sourced from the phone’s camera roll and Instagram/Facebook accounts.

• Each photo posted by YOU has a word attached to it, which is represented to the FOLLOWERS as a word puzzle below the photo.

• Like Snapchat YOU can: record a message, add text and drawings to the photo. These act as hints for the FOLLOWERS playing. There are also in built lifelines that the player can spend earned PictaCoins on.

• The player can also ask for friends on social networks to help solve the word associated with the photo.

• Once the game is played the photo can be: liked, shared and commented on.

• Games can be played on either mobile devices or Facebook allowing cross platform games.
